Office hours:
- Monday – Thursday 7:30 am to 7:45 pm
- Friday 7:30am to 5:45 pm
- Saturday 8:00 am until last scheduled appointment
Appointments
- All office visits are by appointment only.
- For acute illnesses, appointments may be scheduled with the front desk. Please call as early as possible. During peak periods of illness, we may ask that you speak with a nurse prior to scheduling the appointment. We make every effort to see your child as soon as possible.
- When scheduling an appointment, please express all of your concerns. This will help the front desk allow the appropriate amount of time for your appointment and keep our doctors running on time.
- Saturday appointments are for acute illnesses only. They can be scheduled by calling the office beginning at 8:00 am. The office will close after the last scheduled patient has been seen.
- For emergencies that do not require 911 Service, we ask that you call for an appointment. Our nurses will assist you in determining what needs to be done.
- We attempt to schedule all appointments with your primary physician. There may be times when your physician is not available and then you may be asked to see another one of our doctors.
- We encourage you to call early to schedule your summer physicals for school, camps, and sports. These fill very quickly and calling as early as possible will allow a better selection of time and day.
- Please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. This will provide the opportunity for another patient in need of care to be seen.
Rash Entrance
- We have a separate entrance for patients who are coming in to see the doctor for a rash or possible chicken pox. There is a doorbell that alerts us to your arrival. You will be directed to an exam room in the back of the office separate from our other exam rooms. If you have any condition that in your judgment warrants the rash room, remind us of your concern when you make your appointment.
Phone Calls During Office Hours
- Our experienced pediatric nurses are available during office hours to assist you. They will return calls as soon as possible in order of urgency.
- The nurses will screen all calls to the doctor. If necessary, they will discuss your case with the doctor and the nurse will return your call as soon as possible.
Night and Weekend Coverage
- After hours, one of our physicians is on call for urgent or emergent needs. When the office is closed, the office phone is forwarded to an answering service where your message will be taken and forwarded to the doctor on call. The answering service cannot give medical advice. Your call will be returned by the doctor as soon as possible. If you have not heard back from us within 30 minutes, please do not hesitate to call back. We do call every one of our patients back as soon as possible.

We are associated with Edward Hospital in Naperville. They have an excellent Pediatric Emergency Room and offer a full range of pediatric services.
